Our Services

We provide free presentations
that can be tailored to your
group’s unique needs.

The Gambling Awareness Program (GAP) has been a trusted Saskatchewan resource for 30 years.

We provide prevention education on gambling and offer information to help individuals make healthy decisions related to gambling. Our content is curated to reflect modern trends and has broadened our message to include gambling and its convergence with video gaming, social media, and its connection to mental health.

GAP is focused on providing the necessary information at the right time to suit your goals in your curriculum, program, or business.

In order to get the most out of a presentation, our coordinators kindly request a computer and projector set up to display our visual components.

We cover topics such as:

GAP covers topics such as mental and physical health, influences, online safety, prevention and intervention, wellbeing, empowerment, tips, and resources.

What you can expect in a GAP presentation:

Attention Grabbing

Our presentations capture the attention of any audience with hard-hitting information, facts, and interactive games.

Interactive Participation

Our staple House Advantage game encourages audience participation and interest. We invite someone from the group to participate in a short game to demonstrate the concept of house advantage and odds.

Relatable Information

Our presentations feature relatable content that is curated for different age group, elementary classes, and high school classes. We make sure that imagery, trends, and facts are current and relevant to today’s world.

Reflection Activities

To encourage self reflection, our coordinators have leave-behind activities for the participants to complete. Our video game and social media scratchers provide a checkpoint for individuals to gauge their behaviours.
